To order, please go through an select the products you'd like to purchase and add them to your cart.

Due to the complex nature of our products, once we receive your order we will assess the cost to ship the goods to you and obtain the best price on your behalf. We will inform you of the shipping cost to your destination and reissue the invoice accordingly. 

You can then pay us by direct bank transfer, PayPal or credit card over the phone.

We will then prepare your goods and ship them out to us.

Returns Policy

1) If there is a problem with the product, we will replace the unit with the same (subject to stock) immediately. We will organise the freight for collection of the damaged unit as well.
2) If the product didn't suit the application, with no fault of the product, you will incur a 15% restocking fee and you will be responsible for freight return of purchased product . This will also be subject to the condition of the return product. The box must not be compromised in any form. Please make sure all packing is in place.
